You are right on your opinion and the ones that are opposing to the enforcenent of the law that has existed for years are the immigration lawyers that charge thousand of dollars to process simple forms of immigration . Also the children born in the USA are the ones that use the welfare and they are not applying for legal status and the illegal parents cannot receive aid anyway so i don’t see how it will affect the people aplying for a legal status.
